This course is designed to train you the theoretical and practical skills needed behind an espresso bar. Understanding the extraction of espresso and examining the quality of flavour brings you to produce the tastiest espresso. Then, the "just-nice" steaming of milk brings you a cup of balance latte and cappucino.
